HLB TAXLEX has developed considerable experience and specialisation in Value Creation and Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, particularly in the following sectors:

• Wine Sector;
• Tanning Technology;
• Waste Management and Disposal.

The activity of HLB TAXLEX within these operations consists both in the study of the Reference Market in order to identify potential new acquisitions and in the Due Diligence activity of the target entities.

The Firm contributed to the contractual assistance aimed at the Closing and the execution of the complex activities arising from the agreements underlying the Acquisition.

During 2019, HLB TAXLEX's overall M&A activity involved transactions worth approximately EUR 45 mln, positioning our Firm among the most active in this specific sector.
