About Massimiliano Pinzani

Massimiliano was born in Florence on 3 June 1970. He attended the Guido Castelnuovo scientific high school in Florence and later graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Florence with a thesis in General and Applied Accounting on Cooperatives and Consortia Development Strategy of Social Reporting.

During his university studies, he gained his first work experience at Reconta Ernst & Young, and then did the three-year professional internship for access to the State Examination for qualification as a Chartered Accountant.

On 17 April 1998 he passed the State Examination for enrolment in the Register of Auditors.

On 15 July 1999, he passed the State Examination for qualification as a Chartered Accountant and registered with the Florence Chamber of Commerce.

He is a Senior Partner within HLB TAXLEX and is responsible for the activities of Tax Consultancy, Tax Litigation, Payroll and Labour Consultancy.

Through his experience, he has been able to specialise in the Construction and Real Estate sectors, as well as in the Manufacturing Industry, Leather and Footwear. His professional areas of activity range from Business Consulting to Corporate and Tax Advisory, to Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Litigations and Payroll.

Over the years Massimiliano has assisted numerous companies and has been a member of supervisory bodies, both as a member of the Supervisory Board ex. Legislative Decree 231 and as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors.

Massimiliano speaks English and French sufficiently.
