About Alessio Caltagirone Amante

Alessio was born in Montecatini on 9 April 1975. He graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Florence, specialising in Business Economics.

After graduating, he began his professional career by starting his internship at Studio TAXLEX, attending a specialised Tax Consulting Firm and becoming a Chartered Accountant in September 2006.

Since 2007 he is Senior Partner at HLB TAXLEX and is responsible for Corporate, Tax and Business Consulting activities. In addition, he has developed specific expertise in Contract Management, Corporate Crisis and the Not for Profit sector.

Since 2008, he has been a member of the Commission for Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Preventive Arrangement Procedures of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Pistoia, where he works as a researcher and speaker for Professional Training Conventions.

Since 2010, he has received more than thirty appointments from the Court of Pistoia as Bankruptcy Trustee, Judicial Commissioner, Body for the Settlement of Over-indebtedness Crisis and Delegate for the Judge of Real Estate Executions for the sale of assets.

Alessio's experience in corporate crises has enabled him to advise companies, individuals and entities in general on the choice of the most appropriate instrument to overcome the crisis.

Alessio is currently a member of the National Commission of the UGDCEC, within which he develops projects and vademecums for professional training.

Since 2010, he has also been involved in the auditing of Local Entities, working as an auditor in various Italian municipalities.

Alessio has participated, as a speaker and member of the Local Authorities Commission of the ODCEC of Pistoia, in various conferences for the professional training of Chartered Accountants in the field of Public Accounts Audit.
