Who we are
Since 1999 HLB TAXLEX operates in Tuscany, in Italy and in the worldwide.
The Chartered Accountants ans Auditors, Marco Gragnoli (Managing Partner) and Massimiliano Pinzani (Senior Partner), have gradually developed HLB TAXLEX’s overall business, through physiological growth and acquisitions which have taken place over time, expanding the range of services offered.
Since 2007, Alessio Caltagirone Amante, professional expert in Business, Tax and Corporate Consulting, is become a Senior Partner of HLB TAXLEX.
Since 2016, HLB TAXLEX is a member of HLB, the global network of independent business consulting and accounting, as well as one of the ten most important networks in the world of Advisory and Accounting.
Strong international relationships have been generated throughout numerous collaborations with other member of the network.
Since 2019, our Managing Partner Marco Gragnoli is the Chairman of HLB Italy and represents our Country on the Board of Directors of HLB Global. His second appointment took place in the early 2022 and will end in 2025.
On 29th June 2022, HLB International, the global advisory and accounting network, has won the Network of the Year 2022 award at the International Accounting Bulletin Annual Awards, held in London.
This award acknowledges organisations that are recognised as a reputable brand that consistently delivers high quality professional services.
